- RHRichard HargisJan 25, 20265.0Went there during the snow and ice winter storm 1/24/2026. My jeep was having issues starting in the cold. Glenn checked the battery and it was bad, sold me a new battery and then installed it. The temperature was probably 14 degrees, and it was snowing and sleeting with the wind blowing so the wind chill was below 0. He was great no complaining. Great to have customer service like this, it is rare these days. thanks again Glenn.

But still was having problems starting. Kimberly brought out her little machine and hooked it up and told me that my battery was bad. I purchased a new one and Kimberly removed the old one and put the new one in. Great customer service. She also checked my alternator and starter to make sure they were good. Thank you Kimberly.
