  Very good experience at this car wash. The service was fast and the staff seemed organized. The facility is clean and well maintained, which always gives a good impression. The wash left the car looking good overall, although some finer details could be improved a bit more, especially in harder-to-reach areas. Overall, it’s a solid place if you’re looking for something quick and convenient. I would come back again without any problem.

  If you’re looking for a “quick” car wash, this isn’t the place for you. You have to interact with a person to select which wash you want - there is no automated teller option - and then spend the next five minutes saying ‘no’ to their insistence that you buy a membership instead of a one-time wash, because apparently “no” doesn’t actually mean no. Then if anyone in line actually does go for the up-sale, they proceed to have them do the paperwork and answer all their questions WHILE IN LINE, holding up everyone else instead of having them circle around and complete the membership sign-up elsewhere (I mean why be considerate to your next customer when you’re getting’ paid by your current customer? Am I right?). Mind you, there is one ‘non-member’ line and one ‘member’ line — so while you wait and wait, they reward the members with fast bypass and punish your non membership.

  When I lived in Baytown, visited a local car wash offering the same type of service as quick quack (but much cheaper) about every 2 or 3 weeks and they always did a great job. When I moved to the Woodlands, I tried to find a place like that and found this place. I tried a couple of single (non-member) washes with one being their mid-range price and the other being their high-end price, which if felt both were way more expensive than what you get. However, both seemed to do a decent job. Since Quick Quack was so expensive, I decided it may be more economical to try their membership program with “unlimited washes” and picked the high end “ceramic duck”. I used this for the first time last Sunday and besides the friendly staff, I was very disappointed in the wash itself. First, if felt like the wash went way too fast to do a decent clean. Second, the last upper brush (before the rinse area) did not come down to clean my truck (I would have assumed with the highest membership everything would have been included in the wash). Third, after my vehicle came out, the wheels, bumper/grill and hood were still dirty, almost like they were only sprayed off. Fourth, the wash left an oily type of film that smeared and streaked when I tried to dry the outside windows. I had to use window cleaner to clean the windshield so it wouldn’t streak when using my windshield wipers. Overall, I gave this wash an average to below average result. I felt it was more of the low-end membership (most basic wash and rinse) experience than the expensive high end “ceramic duck” membership. I will give a couple more tries with my current membership to see if this last trip may have been a “one-off”. But if this is how it works, I’m either going to drop my membership to the very basic (wash/rinse) or totally cancel and find another place.
