  The staff here are very friendly and truly care about their customers. They always try to do what is in the customer’s best interest, and the prices are very fair. I had a problem with my tire and didn’t know what was wrong. They helped me right away. I thought I might need to replace the tire, but they checked it carefully and found the issue. They told me it only needed a simple repair. They were very kind and even said there was no charge. I really appreciate their honesty and help. Highly recommended.

  Waking up on a Sunday with the tire pressure light on is not how anyone wants to spend a Sunday. I immediately went to NTB off 2920/Kuykendahl. They helped me out about year ago when on another Sunday morning my battery died. I went in? They found a nail and repaired the tire in 30 mins. Since I was a returning customer they did not charge me. I highly recommend this location. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

  I purchased a battery over the counter and returned the old battery core. I carried the new battery to my car and drove home to install it in my truck. I later received an email asking for me to complete a survey. I noticed I had been charged a $12 fee for shop supplies and noted in the comments of the survey that I felt that was improper for an over the counter transaction. The next day I received a call from them stating the charge was applied by mistake and that if I came to the store they would refund the fee. I told them I could not get there until the next day and he said he would make arrangements with his manager to handle the refund. I drove there this morning and was rudely told that all transactions include shop supply charges and there would be no refund. I have purchased tires and batteries there in the past but I will never go there again and I recommend everyone else find another vendor for their automotive needs. UPDATE: I took the time to reach out to the headquarters in New York but received no answer. I did, however see the response here from "The Owner." I called the number provided and option 2 took me to the customer service line. After hearing the "All agents are busy assisting other customers..." recording the call is transferred. It then rings several times and drops off. I tried a second time with the same result. With service like I encountered I have no doubt that their customer service office is quite busy but I would have rather not heard from "The Owner" at all and not wasted my time.

I came in stranded and stressed, but he immediately took control of the situation with calmness and confidence, making me feel reassured right away. What truly impressed me was his willingness to go above and beyond—even staying past closing time to ensure my issue was fully resolved. That level of dedication and customer care is rare to find.
