  Customer service is lacking at this location, representative didn't bother to get up from his desk to help me. I had made a reservation online for a smoother in/out transaction but it was pointless as they ask everything over again. I dropped the rental off after hours so I wouldn't have to interact with them again. Hopefully these concerns reach the correct people so some change can be made for a better overall customer experience.

  Such a great experience. The vehicle itself was perfect and comfortable. Regina reached out and prepped us, and Matthew was such a pleasure to work with. We were acknowledged when we came in despite being busy, he was super courteous and informative, and when we needed to do our return first thing in the morning, he was there ready to go. Just an overall pleasant experience, and that isn’t as common these days as it should be.

  Great group that made everything seamless with my cargo van rental. Wound up being cheaper than U-Haul. Van was clean as well.

  Decided to cancel my reservation and take my business elsewhere. I called the branch to ask a simple question about my reservation and was put on hold so long multiple times that the call waiting system would hang up. Called again today after they left a voicemail about confirming reservation. I told the person who answered that I was simply calling back to confirm my reservation, per their request, and was put on hold while she was looking my reservation up. Same thing, she just kept putting me on hold until the call waiting hung up on me. Called back twice and gave up.

  They went well over the standard call to help me out! I got T boned and the other driver at fault, nothing but problems from her insurance company State Farm (what a joke) lack of communication with me and Enterprise for my loaner and Enterprise did more for me than State Farm adjusters did! I could go on about what a joke State Farm is and how they're treating me! Definitely go see Enterprise for your truck needs, they wont disappoint you. The whole team at the Spring location were great!
