  Great Service. The manager was a gem and went up and beyond. Nice to have people be good to you when you're going they'd an unfortunate time( accident and truck in ship 3 weeks*) Highly recommend

  My wife and I had a confirmed reservation for a car. Enterprise decided to give us two cars with broken seats. After giving our first car away. They made us wait for over 30 minutes and then told us tuff luck they have no more cars in the area. Worst car experience ever from this place. Don't go here. Try Hertz or someone else.

  Enterprise always provides excellent service. Miss McKenna provided friendly & efficient service. Treated me as a valued customer. Short wait time. Car was super clean & ran great. Will use Enterprise again for my next rental.

  So this enterprise I don’t like and won’t be renting from again. They don’t care about their customers and steal’s money from them. I rented my car on Friday returned it on Saturday and was still charged until Monday. I have NEVER had this problem before. The manager was very nasty with another customer when I was renting my vehicle I should have known better. I asked to return at another location and was told that would be another charge on top of being charged until Monday even after I called corporate office spoke with Kelly/ Charlie and they told me I wouldn’t be charged for used days.

  So i rented a car. Recieved very dirty and its white? Spend a 1100.00 dollars just to receive a dirty Hyundai elantra! Definitely wont return after my one week rental is done. You figure youd wash and clean the Windows? Fingerprints all over the Windows? Quality and care isn't there yes it was easy to get a rental but ridiculous if you want a dirty car! Plus every 10 miles car beeps and dash lights up coffee break?
