  The worst Enterprise we’ve ever used. Once and last time. Didn’t get the SUV we’d booked though Austin had told me previous day that he’d upgrade me the day of. They pulled up a car and said it was same price. The guy said had full tank. I drove off and noticed it was 1/4 tank. Then the car alert for 1% oil life left runs on. Zoe tells us to take it to Jiggy Lube. It rained on way to Dallas and we were hydroplaning the whole way. This place was of no help!

  They never have cars ready on time.. had to wait for a lady to return and then they had to clean it last week. Before that I had to downgrade my rental because they didnt have a mid-size that I requested.

  If I could give a negative star, I would. I spoke to the manager, stating that the car they gave me had a flat tire for 3 days. I had to put air in it. Then I went to another location and got a smaller car than the one I initially received. The manager said I needed to pay the difference if I wanted a bigger car. As a customer, I thought she would eat the cost, but no, she was so rude and blunt. That's not customer service at all.

  Terrible service. I showed up yesterday with a Reservation and they had no cars. Today I called the office and spoke to Zoe the Manager. I asked her to confirm that the car would be there 100%. She said yes. I said ok I will be there in about an hour. I showed up past the hour and they had given my car away. So it’s ok for them to have no cars when you show up with a reservation. But it’s not ok for you to be a little late. TERRIBLE SERVICE! Will never come here again!
