Over a year ago, I tried to get my cabin filter replaced here, and I was told that I would need to go to the dealership by two of their mechanics. KJ asked me if I wanted to get it changed, and I told him about my history. He insisted that he should try and he made sure it was changed. I can tell it was not an easy task, but he got it done. Thank you, KJ, for all your hard work and dedication.

I said no 3 times. Next I looked up and the guys was changing my air filter. He had the new one out of the box I said I just changed my air filter. He oh! Then he comes over and says my battery is bad did I want a new battery. I said no. I went to Carquest to run diagnostic on my battery, they said nothing is wrong with it. Just think about the people that don't know any better and purchase all the things they say they need! Wrong Wrong!
