- KLKristine LouviereNov 5, 20255.0Steve really got me out of a bad mess that Valvoline created with my transmission. I had to take it to my Dealership to diagnose what valvoline did. The dealership told me my transmission was dead and that would need to be replaced along with the cooler and another piece for a total of $10,000. My jeep has never had any issues so that was troubling. We have taken our other vehicles to Steve and they would get out cars done quickly and a reasonable cost. He had my Jeep a very short time, did 2 flushes of the transmission and once I started to drive it, it's been back to normal. He said if it acts up again, bring it back and will do another flush ... Did not need a new transmission. I'm so grateful for Steve and his crew. They are great and I highly recommend them

I was told any where from $800 to $1100. I called Spring Creek Automotive and spoke with Steve. He told me to bring my car in so he could have it put on their machine before we just replace the oil pump. He scheduled me same day. I made it to the shop spoke with Jason who was amazing by the way. Come to find out my oil was low and didn't need to replace my oil pump after all. Steve I am greatly appreciative of you for not just going off what was told to me. I highly recommend using them
