Then the day I went to pick up my RV the new main jack was defective, a situation that they corrected immediately by changing the jack again in 1 hour, when I got to the RV parking lot I realized that the A/C was not working again. Too much inefficiency in the workshop, taking into account that it took them more than 1 month, they charged approximately 500 dollars while everything was under warranty because my unit is new and the problem continues. What they did was change the battery that was 3 months old because supposedly the previous one was defective. I need an immediate solution.
