- SBShanha Braun5 days ago5.0Great experience!!! Today was their promotion, $10.00 membership for 30 days with free premium car wash. They had free towels, wipes, air freshener, and gave out some duck toys and sunglasses. Their vacuum and air nozzle is free with membership. They have trash bins, a bucket for the dirty towels. A few employees came up to me asking how my day was and talked about their $5.00 add another car promotion within the 30 days of the $10.00 membership. However, I dont have a second vehicle at the moment but if I did that's a great deal! The car wash was super cool and fun to look at! So many pretty colors inside the car wash. After cleaning the inside of my car since the outside was already cleaned... I went home and took a few photos of my car. Over all my car is super clean and shiney!!! Thank yal for this promotion!!! Funny enough I was just only going to clean the inside of my car at home. But with a $10.00 30 day deal! I Could Not Pass That Up!!!

Guillermo and Gael were friendly, professional, and provided excellent service. My car came out very clean, and everything was quick and easy. Overall, a very nice experience, and I would definitely recommend this location and will come again (: !!!!
- M1Melyn 123Dec 9, 20251.0Horrible Car Wash! This place should be called Quick WACK Car Wash! And their excellent customer service doesn't exist either! Went thru car wash and the rotating brushes looked like shredded tires! BEWARE once you are in the drive thru there is no turning back and those brushes are so powerful they felt like they were gonna tear off my side mirrors! The guy prepping car never told me to turn in/close them so the machine flipped them out twds the front of the car! I thought for sure they were no longer were gonna work... Bcz they would not go back to original position automatically So I had to manually popped them back into place! The machine also did not touch my rims (see pics!) which this was the whole reason why I tried them! My wheels were dusty and dirty and I hate for my wheels to look dirty so I specifically asked the guy if they scrubbed wheels before going thru car wash and he assured me my vehicle would be clean! SEE PICS- my SUV looked horrible and still dirty after! At other car washes the guys clean and scrub and debug the front of vehicle and wheels but NOT AT QUICK WACK CAR WASH! They simply sprinkle some water on the front of the car and rush it thru car wash which it did nothing for the grill of my car! Since I was lied too and my wheels were not scrubbed at the beginning of car wash I demanded a refund because I was not satisfied but felt that I was scammed instead! I was not issued a refund not will I ever go back! DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE GO DOWN THE STREET TO MR CARWASH OR A SIMILAR PLACE where they actually wash car not just do a wack job and you still drive away with a dirty car! I spoke to manager and corporate and still was not issued a refund! They also promised 100% satisfaction and I was not because the machine didn't even closely touch my rims it was extremely dissatisfacting and urger others to go down the street where CUSTOMER service actually matters and they DON'T adhere to what they advertise! And I have yet to receive a refund so obviously customer satisfaction is not a priority for them even after I contacted their customer svc # listed below! WHAT A JOKE! And what kinda car wash is not gonna wash your wheels?!! I'm telling you go to another business where you get an actual full exterior car wash for less $ ❌👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
