  These guys and gals work out here in the heat getting the cars cleaned up with a smile still on their face. If it was me I’d be smug because this Texas heat is no joke. Thank you guys for the great washes and the great service. You guys are the best!

  DAMAGED CAR! Don’t take your car to the FM 2920 location in spring. They damaged my mirror , the management is well aware of this problem and they failed to do anything. I have spoke to Delicia the “Store leader” and she denied my claim. They ALWAYS going to blame you about something else. She is very very rude, she don’t let you talk and it is very disrespectful talking on top of me when the customer is talking. The upper management should lister the recordings but unfortunately that will not be the case since she call using a cell phone. I’m changing my subscription to Blue Wave down the road, it is cheaper for the top service. If you want to damage your car .. come to Quick Quack Car Wash

  Went to get my 2025 Jeep Wrangler Sahara washed at Quick Quack. After the wash stopped mid wash, the passenger's side mirror was ripped off. They deny the claim saying I was in drive!! Been a Quick Quack member for over 7 years...go almost every week. I WAS NOT IN DRIVE!!! Check their reviews! They do not cover anything!!! My Jeep is only 8 months old!!!!!!!!!!!!! In regards to your response....if my Jeep was already in Drive, then why did I have to put it in Drive to leave the car wash????????????
