  I purchased a single lucky duck wash. After the wash I utilized the self-detail bays to the left of the car wash. Mistakenly I vacuumed my keys into the receptacle. How??? I’m still trying to figure that part out. I immediately alerted Ryan and his manager, Destiny. Without skipping a beat they Courteously turned off ALL the vacuums to help me look for my Keys to no avail. The next day Reese from the quick quack team called to let me know that they found my keys on their routine cleaning. In short, I will be purchasing a membership at this Rayford location even though there are 4 closer car washes near me because of Destiny and her team’s attention to their customers and the small details!!! Thanks Again!

  Quick Quack never disappoints. I’m in and out in a few minutes, and the staff always greets me with a smile. The wash leaves my car sparkling every time. Worth every penny! :)

  initially i left a review for great service and have since removed it! i had a membership with quick quack that has since been cancelled due to the simple fact that this location failed me as a paying customer. i was rear ended while in the car wash, again i had a membership which means i regularly visited and i know all about putting my car in neutral before the wash begins as directed by staff! so i did as i've done so many times before and trusted the staff who directed me to put my car in neutral; but on 04/21/2024 i was rear ended. i thought to myself theres no way, honestly it was just a tap so i really didn’t believe that i’d have been rear ended. as soon as the wash finished i got out to check and after inspection of my vehicle i really didn’t have any major damages but there was still damage nonetheless. the driver who rear ended me was upset and thought it was my fault so of-course i asked for footage but i personally wasn’t expecting compensation of any sort as i understand things happen plus it was just a tap. it wasnt until the staff member by the name of “Kyle B.” blamed me for “putting my car in reverse” lol who does that? as upset as i was about the staff shifting blame instead of actually doing the investigation FIRST i still filed a report with them. the staff as in Kyle and another boy who goes by “Z” was very unprofessional and rude. i also involved the cops due to the issue escalating from staff asking me to leave after showing me footage of my car literally being rear ended. im pretty sure the embarrassment of their stupidity upset them after clearly showing me i was indeed rear ended caused them to ask me to leave and yes i recorded a video of the footage they showed me for my records. oh well, i cancelled my membership and will never return or recommend this specific location. lol the only good thing i have to say is great job at horrible service; if that was the goal, they exceeded. anyways, yall be safe; vehicles are huge investments, do not visit this location if you do not want to risk damaging your vehicles! i have since let family and friends know about my experience and they have also cancelled their memberships. thank you to the viewer who could use this info, do what you must with it.

  I just came through here and paid $13 for the most basic wash, which still left a bunch of loose dirt that I had to wipe off after it was done, and then while I was vacuuming, I noticed a few scratches on the side of my car that weren’t there before I got it washed. I spoke to the manager and she said, “If we were going to scratch your car they wouldn’t like that, but if you really want to we can fill out an incident report.” I didn’t want to make it a huge thing because I’m aware that they are pretty small scratches, so I just asked if I could have a refund but she said they couldn’t do that since I had already gotten the car washed, which again wasn’t even a good washing. I pointed this out to her and she said that if I want a “deep clean” I could pay for extra detailing services. Call me crazy, but I don’t think loose dirt that can be wiped off with a rag constitutes a “deep clean”
