The company denied responsibility and claimed it was “pre-existing damage,” yet refused to provide full entrance footage to prove it. A single screenshot was shown that did not clearly demonstrate prior damage. They stated they would only release footage to an insurance company, not to the customer directly. Corporate repeated the same denial response. The BBB complaint process resulted in no resolution. If something happens to your vehicle here, be prepared for them to deny responsibility and rely on signage policies instead of transparent evidence. Use at your own discretion.

How does the Quick Quack Car Wash process work?
Our car wash is fast, clean, easy and convenient. A Team Member will greet you and guide you onto the conveyor. Once in position, shift into neutral, remove your foot from the brake and take your hands off the wheel. Your vehicle is safely and automatically pulled through multiple cleaning stages—including eco-friendly soaps, rinses, shine and drying—all in 3 minutes or less.
Will the car wash damage my vehicle?
No. Our innovative wash technology is safe and effective. We use gentle hand cut soft cloth wraps and pH-balanced soaps designed to protect your car’s finish while effectively removing dirt and grime. And our friendly Team Members are happy to assist you at anytime during your car wash experience.
Are there any vehicle or accessory restrictions?
Most standard vehicles can go through our wash, but we cannot accommodate the following: • Vehicles taller than 7 feet 2 inches • Tire widths over 13.5 inches • Dually trucks • Vehicles with bike racks or certain hitches • Trucks with debris in the bed • Vehicles with hardened mud • Vehicles with storage pods or ladder racks If you’re unsure, our Team Members can inspect your vehicle for wash eligibility.

If you're not fully satisfied, we’ll rewash your car immediately. And if it rains after your visit, return within 48 hours for a free rewash. And if you have an unlimited wash plan, you can always come back for another wash anytime.
