When I came in, the people up front, specifically Cecilia, were incredibly polite and nice! My vehicle was brought in the shop and the mechanics started working on it right away! The staff understood my frustration and brought a smile back to my face.

I was told it would be about 2 hours to change my tire even with possibly having to break my wheel lock...30 minutes to get it in due to a wait and 30-45 minutes to change my tire- I rounded up to two hours because things happen)......I got here around 12:30 and didn't leave until 4:32.... People that came in after me with similar service left before me. I'm a bit frustrated, but am happy that my warranty cover d everything. My entire afternoon was wasted on changing 1 tire. 😞 I still am giving 3 stars due to previous interactions that have been good. But, I'm a little disappointed with them this time.
