He showed me the air filter and I said, “that is ok”. Then he asked “when did you last change the brake fluid?” I decline to answer. Then he again demanded to know the date the brake fluid was changed. I was short and told him to concentrate on changing the oil and I walked back in side. I was later informed that the retaining clips on the skid plate were damaged. The visit was tense. Doubt I will be going there again.
