Everything was good until it came time to recommend other services. A tech suggested that my brake pads were coming into the limit where I should consider replacing them. The problem with this is, the brakes are new OEM from Lexus and have less than 7,000 miles on them. So while the service was quick and convenient, it was irritating to be on the receiving end of an attempted upsell for a problem that doesn't exist. I don't fault the technician, I just assume they are being trained to pressure sell whatever they can get away with.
