The service guy said yeah sure no problem we will have you out in no time. They did not provide the full service they mentioned at all. They didn't check my tire pressure, didn't show me the oil level, or check the cabin filter. I still paid for the oil service but this is the first time I have ever experienced it at this location and I shouldn't assume they did it.
