  Vanessa was very friendly and welcoming. I dropped my car off maybe 30mins before closing and she was still courteous with me. My vehicle was damaged in an accident (an Alfa Romeo) and they took care of it so well I did not even remember it being in an accident. They were professional and fast and that text system that they have which gives updates is really good. Thank you all

  I was beyond blessed to have landed at Gerber Collision & Glass Spring on Aldine Westfield after a car wreck. Vanessa Giere and team were simply amazing. From start to finish, I received top-notch service. Vanessa made sure I was taken care of! Not only was she super knowledgeable and fierce about dealing with the insurance side, but she also oversaw and kept me informed of timeline and progress. If ever needed again, I will not hesitate to go there.

  LMC Collision is THE PLACE to take your vehicle! I had difficulty at the other shop I had planned to take my vehicle, but this place was a gem! It was conveniently right around the corner from my home and the receptionist was very friendly. My insurance company hadn’t sent the information in yet, but they took my vehicle anyway so that they’d be ready to go when they received the information. They communicated frequently and kept me informed about the status of my car at all points of repair. I dropped off on Monday and they had it ready by Friday. The other shop wanted me to drop off the day I picked up from LMC and were talking several weeks without my car. I’m so glad that I took my vehicle to LMC. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle. Everyone I talked to was nice, kind, and either knowledgeable about what was going on with my car or quick to find out. I was even able to stop by and grab some floaties out of the car that my son had accidentally left in the car. Friendliness all around. 5 stars! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
