  Steven was fast and efficient and explained everything I needed. No wait at all. Very nice change after dealing with the dealership hassles since having my car.

  I came to get a tire replaced and see what the price would be. I was greeted and directed to pull into the shop. It seemed to be a good start at first until I was told the price. It wasn't the price of the tire that was disappointing rather when what I found out about what I was being charged. My budget for the tire was $200 and they told me it would be $280 for the tire and installation fee. When I informed them that it was above my budget they tried to "look out" for me and waive certain warranties, additional coverage and service that they casually added and did not tell me about. They did not ask me if I wanted to add those additional coverages prior they just did it and if I had not questioned or informed them that it was above my budget they would've never said anything and charged me for something I didn't agree to. Dishonesty and deception is not good business. I would steer away from this shop or if you have no choice but to go here, make sure to triple check what they are charging you because chances are they are adding things without your consent. You will find better prices and even better service at Discount Tire.

  I was heading out of town and stopped in. Steven greeted us and was so nice! He informed me about the entire process and didn’t miss a detail. I’m also a safety manager so the way the team communicated to one another in the garage spoke volumes to their attention to detail. I really appreciate Steven and the team. I will be back!

  When I arrived AJ greeted me with a smile. He inquired why I came in today. I informed him of my car's issue. He immediately informed me Mr. Wayne will assist me. Mr. Wayne was extremely professional in explaining my car issue. He took the time to break the problem down so I can understand. Mr. Wayne went over and beyond offering exceptional service.
