This Enterprise location is the best I have ever dealt with. I rent from here a couple times a month and the team there is so helpful, quick, polite and professional. They really take any stress out of the process and get me on the road asap.

I came in simply trying to understand my rental options since I was paying a deposit without insurance. Instead of explaining the policies or offering alternatives, Chris Whitney repeatedly responded with “that’s a problem” and “I can’t do that” without giving any helpful guidance. When I asked what could be done, I still didn’t receive clear answers just a dismissive tone and loud, confrontational communication. As a customer, I wasn’t asking for special treatment, only information and basic professionalism. Customer service should focus on solutions, not making the customer feel like an inconvenience. Unfortunately, this interaction felt disrespectful and unhelpful. I hope management addresses how customers are spoken to, because the experience itself not the policy is what made this negative.

Worst experience with McKenna. Told me what options I had due to low inventory. I chose the Volkswagen just to be told it’s problems with it. So now I had to choose something else which was only a Ford bronco I did not want it, it had dirty seats front to back with scratches on exterior. Had to call my insurance to see if I can be upgraded to a pickup truck because this location did not have other options. Pickup truck was not decent either huge brown stain in driver seat and hole in the floor so I decided to just do the bronco because I had a doctors appointment but then she said I couldn’t use my cash app card. Why didn’t yall ask certain questions up front before letting a customer shop tell all requirements and all of that before wasting my time for two hours? also if all you have is vehicles that are rundown or all you want to offer someone like ME assuming I “might not have insurance that could cover damages” for a nice vehicle at least let people SEE the piece of crap before preparing the vehicle and getting signatures before the customer checked the vehicle out. It is a very unorganized experience and very poor customer service. Almost all cars were flagged as damaged or need an oil change and the nice cars given to white customers who supposedly already had a reservation but it did not seem like they did. Whole experience was just a mess and now I’m late to an appointment. I decided to go to a different location that had more options. McKenna seemed very off with the inventory kept showing me beat up rentals and giving nice vehicles to white people. That’s just how I feel and what I saw. Maybe it was just a coincidence. I doubt it!! She had an excuse for every nice car I pointed out. Oil change, already reserved, etc. since she couldn’t say my insurance claim “wasn’t covering enough” anymore which is why i asked them to upgrade it now all a sudden everything need a damn oil change or not available. I’m not using my bank card for raggedy cars. I’d rather get in a uber and go to a different location :) I drive a Cadillac Lyriq why in the hell would I drive a Ford bronco or a beat up ram truck?! I’ll take my “bank card” elsewhere.
