    I Went today, after I was hit in a car accident. There was only one employer when I arrived, and my Mon just asked if there were only ore employee and he answered that he will be with her shortly. There was 2 persons before me. He disappeared , and I went outside looking for someone to ask a question, after being there for an hour waiting. Then “The Manager” came in a car, down the window and tell me to go to another place to rent a car. Very disrespectful with me. I asked him why he talk me like that if I didn’t say anything disrespectful to him and he said that he don’t care, that I can go to another place. I asked him his name and his answer was That I can report him to anyone because he was the Manager and nothing are going to happen to him. That is not the correct way to talk to a customer. Even if he perceived that I was impatiently, I wasn't disrespectful with him so he had no reason to be disrespectful to me and tell me to go somewhere else to rent a car.

    Absolutely pathetic experience at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car on I-45 in Spring, TX 77386. Booked an SUV 2 weeks in advance and paid $300 extra to avoid a sedan. Showed up — no SUV. No apology. Just “that’s what we have.” They offered a midsize sedan but still wanted to charge me SUV pricing. After nearly two hours of waiting and refusing to downgrade, they offered a minivan — and initially tried to charge more for that too. Only after arguing did they agree to keep the original rate “as a courtesy.” A courtesy for not having the vehicle I reserved? To make it better, the minivan had issues and several features weren’t even working properly. So after all that, I didn’t even get a fully functional vehicle. They advertise pickup service but claimed they were understaffed — while multiple employees were there when I arrived. This location’s reviews all say the same thing: reservations not honored, long waits, upselling, attitude, zero accountability. I’m a Gold member and have used Enterprise/National for years — this is by far the worst location. And to whoever responds with the scripted "please contact us" template — no, I won’t be reaching out with my reservation details. If you can’t see the pattern in the repeated negative reviews, that’s on you. Also, check your gas gauge before leaving — mine was marked fuller on paper than it actually was. Shady. Never again at this location (hopefully).

    Even when I reserve a car, they never have what I requested. It's mostly you have to wait and get whatever comes in next and never an apology. I am an executive member but prefer their National brand but they are only at airports. I do have to say the manager I spoke with last week was very nice which is why the 2nd star.

    When we made our appointment, the car wasn’t at the location. The appointment was at 9:30 am. I arrived at 9 am and left around 11:30 Am with the car. In the meantime, they tried to get me into a Volvo, $150 more per day, and got upset with me, which felt like it was pushing me out the door. When my car finally arrived, there were markings on the bumper. They took pictures of it, and I took my own pictures. I was told that he took it. The car wasn’t at 1/4 tank full, and he said he was going to mark it empty. But when I called ahead to verify that I was picking up the car, I had never once been told that there was a deposit or anything. You need to clearly tell your customers that there’s a deposit on top of what the payment was going to be. That location was very rude, pushy, disorganized, and upset that I wasn’t just saying OK and moving on. It was very disappointing what type of service it was. I won’t be going back, and that was all about picking up the vehicle. On the flip side, when dropping it off to return, it was completely opposite. I left the car with a full tank of fuel, cleaned out all my personal belongings, and the lady there was extremely nice and grateful that it was full of fuel. Overall, I don’t see what the problem was with making the appointment for 9:30 in the morning. My car was nowhere to be seen, and I had to wait until after 11 o’clock, even though I showed up at 9 AM It was just very disappointing.

    My car smelled like cigarette smoke despite being nearly brand new. Also, renter BEWARE: they will push the collision damage waiver onto you and chances are it is completely unnecessary, so do not fall for it and do not sign anything until checking in with your own insurance. Also this branch lacks in communication as you can speak with 3 different reps all saying they will contact their branch manager despite none of them doing so.
