From the first phone call to discuss my needs and situation --, not only were they professional, efficient, and courteous, but they went above and beyond to "accommodate" my specific needs for an SUV... as I was moving items this weekend. They took care of me, reassured me and delivered the perfect vehicle, all while helping me maintain a positive attitude with their personable service , helping me keep a sense of humor in the midst of the chaos. Such positive attitudes, smiles and the ABILITY to get you back on the road immediately. - JAJake AllenNov 3, 20252.0We normally have no issue with Enterprise rentals but unfortunately, this most recent rental was a dissappointment. We reserved our requested vehicle 3 weeks in advance, leaving ample opportunity to find the vehicle needed for our request. We needed a bigger SUV with AWD. The location we normally go to always has what we need or offers a free upgrade as THEY are the ones who messed up, not us. However, when we picked up here, they only offered us a discount after my husband said we arent paying the same price for a smaller vehicle because you didnt have one available for us. They offered the bigger, but was going to charge us - again, not what we wanted. We settled for what they had because we needed to get going, but its dissappointing that they havent been told accurate information about how to engage customers when you dont have their vehicle available especially after having weeks to plan for it. Having worked in rental cars myself previously, I was shocked. We will not rent from this location again.
