Horrible customer service. They do not value customers time regardless of a scheduled pickup time. Waited 45 minutes at the auto shop even though I called 10 minutes in advance confirming pickup and letting them know my arrival time. Do not recommend.

They were fabulous. I had to rent a car due to a collision and I needed to extend because I hadn't found a new car yet.
Dillon and Gabe gave excellent customer service. If I ever need to rent for any reason, this is where I will come.

It has been years since I have rented a vehicle from Enterprise. I had gone through a very disappointing experience with them several years back. I just decided to take my business elsewhere. But, I do believe in second chances, so I decided to give them a try once more. The vehicle that I received had the tire sensor warning on, but the rental person assured me it was just a bad sensor and nothing was wrong with the tires. So I went ahead and accepted the vehicle because they were limited on the vehicle available. A day or two later different warning lights and dings started going on and off in the car. I took it back and the swapped it out. When I checking out the 2 vehicles the had available, they both smelled like marijuana smoke (I’m open minded so it didn’t bother me much, but everyone isn’t). The rentalmperso said it was probably the guy that cleans and details the vehicle. At the end of my rental, I was told that for some reason there was a charge for an extra day. I was assured that it would be taken off. Two days later I received a call saying the same thing, and after several minutes of back and forth debate, I told them to go ahead and charge my card for the extra day ($50 bucks isn’t worth my peace of mind). So, they just lost a customer for life. I should have just kept them on my NO list in the first place.
