- JJJamar5 days ago1.0Went in for some spark plugs and asked if I could inspect the plugs before I buy, the guy assured me that they are good because he opened a new box. Then right after, he just dropped one of the plugs on the counter…. After purchasing the plugs I found that one had a puncture on the ceramic so I brought it to the employees attention and he said it was still good and he wasn’t going to change it, so I asked for a refund and was met with a attitude about it. Then before leaving he yelled sarcastic “Have a nice day”. So I went to o’rileys down the street and they had absolutely no problem with me inspecting the product before I bought it.
