  Zero stars. I always come to this autozone bc they are usually friendly and very helpful. I guess the Staff has changed bc I just now went in asking for help, and instead of assisting me, one employee had a stuck look on his face. The other was leaning behind the counter saying something covering his mouth. when I asked if he could repeat himself bc I couldn’t hear him he got an attitude and cut me off mid sentence and talked to me like I was dumb. I was trying to explain what I was looking for and asked if they could look at the piece and let me know bc I was unsure what I needed. He said “I mean it’s all universal so unless it’s for a specific car we don’t have it.” I told him that I didn’t know which piece I needed that’s why I asked for help. He cut me off again and said “yeah yeah ok” I said Nevermind homie I’m good. And I went to O’Reilys instead.

  I went in today to have my battery tested . And it was bad! And Nat sprung into action to help me out!! He gave me the tools and a cart to remove my bad battery and install it again!! Nat and his co worker was awesome!! Thanks Nat!!

  Went in for some spark plugs and asked if I could inspect the plugs before I buy, the guy assured me that they are good because he opened a new box. Then right after, he just dropped one of the plugs on the counter…. After purchasing the plugs I found that one had a puncture on the ceramic so I brought it to the employees attention and he said it was still good and he wasn’t going to change it, so I asked for a refund and was met with a attitude about it. Then before leaving he yelled sarcastic “Have a nice day”. So I went to o’rileys down the street and they had absolutely no problem with me inspecting the product before I bought it.
