- DRDevanand RamcharanOct 10, 20251.0So I bought a cabin filter for my suburban at another location on fm1960 when I got home an was about to change it out i realized that it was the wrong filter i stop at this location an was told that I have to take it back to the store i bought it from that they gave me the wrong part an it will mess up their inventory since when a part is not returnable at any auto zone if I had buy this part in Austin should I go all the way back to Austin if its the wrong part this is just people not wanting to do there work or just don't know what they doing but I will not let this one slide I know the head manager for this store he will be hearing from me to get these workers in check now I have to waste my gas an time to go all the way back to fm 1960 this sucks bad management
