I don't typically like to pull the race card, but considering that the most recent negative reviews came from black women like myself, I'm just going to describe this AZ location in one word . . . RACIST. I came in the store and asked for a battery check only for one of the workers to look at me like I'm bothering him and slowly say "sure", then ditch me for a Caucasian customer with no explanation. After being left standing there, I just walked out. If this AZ location can't do better, it just needs to be shut down!
Excellent service at AutoZone. I came in not fully sure of the exact name of the part I needed, and the associate who helped me took the time to identify it for me. She wrote down the correct name, advised me to bring a sample, and clearly explained what I should ask for.
She also suggested different places where I could find the parts I was looking for. That guidance made a big difference and saved me time and stress. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive customer service.
Worst service. No hello, how can I help you. We purchased a battery for our car and the sales lady neglect to give us a receipt. So we drove all the way back to get it only to find that the same lazy sales lady tell us that she can't reprint it and I have to come back tomorrow. I told her I saw it sitting on top of the machine just an hour ago. She was too lazy to look in the small trash bin to find it. In this economy, companies should hire better people that want to be there.

I dont know anything about auto parts but that was put to easy when I meet Candace she was very knowledgeable on what I was looking for. I recommend to go see Candace for you pants needs.
The service I recently received at this location was disgraceful. I stood in line for a while before being acknowledged, to only finally be looked at as if I was supposed to know he was ready, and when I approached him, he told me he was going to get someone else to help me because they only had one guy. The one guy came into the store and he was not prompted to assist me. When I spoke up to let him know I was next, he nastily responds, “The line starts over there.” Had everyone been doing their job, he would have known that I had been waiting practically my entire lunch break. These associates were less than helpful and not customer friendly at all.
