His belittling attitude was swapped with arrogance and a pout after we explained to him that the part was missing pieces. His ego seemed to be bruised when he realized he was wrong. I recommend a branch manager correct his management style to prevent further problems. Shout out to the lovely older woman who helped us originally, she should be in his position.

I was told to come back the next day after the delivery. I called first, no parts for me. I stopped by the 2nd day, provided my receipt and somehow still nothing. A week go by and no one ever called me even when they stated that they would call after the driver comes. 3 weeks later still no call. Last week I called and they stated that the truck never delivered the item and the item is gone, sold to someone wise. Unfair right?! Well I will spend the next few months fighting this because I wanted the part and needed the part badly. Yall playing with customers. I received the back brake pads but no front. When I call to ask they tell me they have them in stock. Then when I say good I’m coming to get it, then it’s oh it’s not for your car. How is it not for my car if you pulled it up from the specs of my car?!?! Fraud!
