He was so kind, helpful and just overall a pleasure to do business with. This was my first time at this store and will be continuing to go here instead of auto zone due to his customer service. However there was this little girl there named Hannah who on the other hand had the absolute worst customer Service I had ever experienced in my 30 years. She was extremely rude and rolling her eyes the entire time I was attempting to explain something to her. When she got frustrated, she even began to raise her voice because clearly she did not have the knowledge on the specific product I was inquiring about. I hope she gets reassigned elsewhere because I will not continue to go to this location if I have to deal with this type of service.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
