  The staff was so king and helpful. My oil change was quick and I really felt so taken care off they really went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

  Went in today for oil change. William looked over vehicle and reminded my old self the oil was changed three months ago. I was still good. Honesty is so hard to find in some professions and businesses. William is a man of ethics and customer service first. Will be back for brakes shortly. You can trust this business

  Engine Destroyed After Jiffy Lube Service [(Store #03753) 474 Singing Oaks, Spring Branch, TX 78070] Three miles after the "oil change", the engine seized. I had it towed to Eurasian Auto Center -- confirmed: bone-dry engine, full replacement needed — $11,500+. Michael Gonzales, Jiffy Lube rep, reviewed their videos and admitted they drained my Toyota Tundra’s oil but failed to replace it. Jiffy Lube offered $5K or a used engine swap from a one-off shop with no paperwork, describing parts/labor or warranty details -- zero transparency -- all red flagged by local and surrounding established Toyota and related professionals. I asked for formal estimates and escalation -- IGNORED! His final offer: $6K to walk away. Since Michael Gonzales refuses to honor the estimates and multiple buisnesses of my choice, I've gone as far as to ask him twice via email for 3 professional estimates from rated buisnesses who back up their products and labor with meaningful warranties of his choice -- IGNORED! Added insults to injury: I disputed the [$100+] charge with my credit card company. Jiffy Lube submitted a false invoice claiming the oil was changed. They also told me my brake fluid needed replacing. I asked for another test strip reading before leaving—we agreed the results showed no change, I was frustrated and left after I was told to drive the vehicle for a few days and come back for another reading. To the residents in this area, If you value your vehicle, proceed with extreme caution and double check any work done here and hopefully your vehicle will not be damaged beyond the cost of repair. I hear this type of problem is becoming more common and residents get frustrated with the process, abandon the hassle and just carry associated burdens/risk and damages -- If you’ve had a similar experience, I’d like to hear from you. Under Texas law, gross negligence like this may warrant exemplary damages. Nevertheless, as I stated, I’d prefer to resolve this reasonably—without added cost and time with lawyers and court intervention—through a documented repair at a reputable dealership with a warrenty that mitigates the burden placed on me. That’s what accountability from a trusted and respectfull buisness would look like. We'll see....

  UPDATE: 10/20/25 Changed to 5 stars because of the superior customer service the district manager Michael and Store manager Jeremy showed. Proactively contacted me, offered to rectify and they DID. How someone responds to a mistake or bad situation is always a testament to their intent and feelings. This is one of those cases and deserves the updated review. _________________________________________ BEWARE - Do not use this location, poor customer service from Soto the assistant manager and damage to vehicle. Definitely an unfortunate experience with the new assistant manager name "Soto" today. We have used this particular Jiffy Lube since it opened with several of our vehicles with some issues in the past that were all taken care of promptly, like loose drain plugs or oil filter seeping because it was not tightened enough, etc . Because of past quality of service I was considering moving my fleet business to them across Texas and our 50+ vehicles. But Soto represented today all the thing NOT to do with a customer. One of our family vehicles was here for its last oil change. I was under the vehicle looking for something and noticed the drain plug was damaged. I took out a socket and it just spun around on the drain plug (this same Jiffy Lube replaced the drain plug on this vehicle once before because they stripped it off). Same situation now. I stopped by the store, nicely approached the "assistant manager" name "Soto" and asked what can be done to resolve this. He immediately became rude and condescending and stated, "since you touched it we are not liable and do not have to help you." WOW. I then asked for his name and the manager's name. He stated, "by corporate policy I do not have to give you my name or my manager's name." He the aggressively stated while inside the store that, "You don't have to do business with us if you don't like my answer." I then asked for a district or regional managers name and contact info. to which Soto stated, "I can't give you that either and they will give you the same answer, not that they will help you or talk to you anyway." Again, WOW. As I departed the store I thanked the other two gentlemen that worked there that I recognized for their great customer service in the past. Unfortunately, beware of this location especially if this manager is present, he is clearly on a power trip because he has gotten a title of assistant manager at Jiffy Lube.
