- ETEdmundo Torquemada5 days ago2.0We were happy to try the new car wash, met the owners on inauguration day (very nice people), talked about new beginnings and even signed up for a free two-month unlimited service. Unfortunately two situations developed in a less than ideal way. Car.- The two times that we visited the conveyor belt dragged our car upon approach, making a strong noise and vibration. The first time we understood as new wash, new team, etc.; however, it happened on a second time as well. Our car is an all-wheel-drive and apparently this seemed to be an issue for this particular car wash (belt) or maybe required some special actions on our end (our error); either way it didn't feel too good. Trust.- On our first visit (opening day) immediately after the wash we noticed two dings new to us, one on the car grille and one on the fender. Being the fifth car being washed (per gate attendant) it was not unrealistic to think that perhaps the big rollers with wipes might have retracted late or gotten too close and touched the car. We respectfully asked the team to look into the situation, a rep took our information and indicated that they would be in touch. Two to three weeks later we stopped by and a manager said that the report was closed (they never called) and that damages did not occur in the wash. We asked if they had checked the "before" pictures since they have several cameras and they said yes, I asked if I could see them and they declined saying that pictures were proprietary to them. I shared with the manager that I understood and that it was not a problem if the damage hadn't happened in the car wash, after all fair is fair and we have no interest in free repairs, free concessions, or anything similar; however, we added that some transparency would be appreciated and that showing (not sharing or forwarding), just showing the images would be a great step in transparency. The manager again declined. Considering the two situations above we unfortunately will not be able to use this wash again. Perhaps the AWD-belt situation was isolated to us but we prefer not to risk it again. The dings situation did not help either. We do wish the team the best in this new location, which is very clean and modern, also hope that this feedback helps strengthen their procedures in some way.

The first wash didn’t get them off because they’d dried on there. We got them off with the use of the hand towels and water but asked if we could run through again because after doing that - it looked like we didn’t even have a wash! We were so thankful they let us run through again free of charge. We’ll be back for future washes because of the customer service!

They provide Free Matt washers perfect for my molded Matt! Truly the best all around the customer service here is out of the world top tier! Definitely recommend this place! I only have to go through 1 time here and it’s all off. The wash actually cleans and the dryer actually dries like it’s supposed to. Right now you can get a FREE month of FREE car washes, FREE vacuums, FREE mat washers - which I absolutely love! and free compressed air .. this place is full of FREEBIES! I am a review person and this is my honest review. Hopefully another reviewer reads this and gives this place a try.. you have nothing to lose because it’s all free for 30 days!
