- TBT. BanksOct 7, 20251.0I came into AutoZone to return an incorrect part that was shipped from AutoZone.com. I had the original box, receipt, and all packaging with me. The associate, Luis G., inspectioned the part as if it wasn’t something AutoZone sold. He first told me that electrical parts couldn’t be returned per store policy. When I asked him to show where that was stated on my receipt, he flipped it over and said “there.” I proceeded to read the policy out loud and it didn’t say anything about electrical parts. He then pulled a blank receipt and also couldn’t find any mention of that restriction. At that point, he changed his reasoning and said he couldn’t return it because the package was open. Nearly every part on the shelf is open or has been handled, so this made no sense especially since I had everything intact and was planning to purchase the correct part right after the return. I left feeling very disappointed with how this was handled. I don’t want to make this about race, but I’ve personally seen customers of Luis's nationality return open or even dirty parts at this same location with no issue. It was frustrating to feel that I wasn’t treated with the same level of fairness and respect.

- KKKeyRoseAug 4, 20251.0Horrible experience with the commercial side Hispanic dude so lazy won’t even help me look for the parts and there was no line and besides that he just took on calls in the middle of my asking for parts then proceeds to tell me a 6 digit part # and tells me go look for the part and he didn’t even bother to write it down for me aswell if yall got commercials accounts I highly recommend to go to other autozone at Rickey they actually attend their customer
