  Came into autozone friendly as can be and ran into a female worker who was really rude for no reason. There is no reason for bad customer service when someone is asking questions. They just need to do better. Then the other employee was just talking to a friend on the phone and prolonged the call so he didnt have to help anyone. Asked them if they could please help me put my windshield wipers on since we got caught in the rain from seeing my mom who got put in hospice and we were treated horribly. If your employees dont want to work, then I'm sure they can find another opportunity in something that isn't customer service. (do better) people work to hard for the little money they make to get treated badly. No wonder ebay and amazon are closing down all the brick and mortar stores.

  I stop in the local Autozone on Feb 10 , rainy night . Only a 2 person crew from what I seen. Store was packed & Phones ringing . Seen a couple at counter being helped for wiper blades , which was a good idea. I headed to the aisle to look for some . Then I heard a person say a comment I did not agree with at all. D Marketing , why did you guys post the negative comment which was totally false ! It seems you guys like to created. trouble . The two people in question did an awesome job . Like anyone else in a 2 man crew . ! There was no one being hateful or rude . They did a great job and greatly appreciate . I shop there at Autozone store a lot . Lesson learned try to stop causing hate speech and practice on your own store . Instead of hiding behind a Logo . Man up man . Change your own wipers
