  Gave me a damaged car. Did not do a walk-around. Once I got to drop-off location, I had to have a report filed on my account. This is an old trick they try to pull to get rid of damaged cars. My other location said corporate will more than likely deal with this Silsbee location. My advice, don't cut corners, be honest and don't pawn off your damaged vehicles on one-way travelers.

  Horrible experience never would recommend this location both men were rude. Then I needed a document so left and got it returned to find out they gave my car away. Go to location close to college st in Beaumont by Sam's club they are amazing.
