Well took my car through and still had bugs on front of car and the top of the car and back had a layer of dirt on it. To top it off my car still had bird poop on back window. Hatchback so should have come off. Did not have time to complain and run thru again. Not sure what happened to this place when they first opened the car came out clean. Think equipment needs better serviced or needs upgraded equipment.
