The manager and the assistant manager bend over backwards.To make sure that you feel very good about this experience, they go beyond what you normally see in a oil change garage.Explain things to you.They help you make good decisions based on the situation.And you come out of their feeling like a million bucks. All I can tell you is that i'm a customer for life.

I said no to synthetic $100 and they still upsold me to include a chemical to clean out the bad oil in my car. So my total was $102. I would love to not be stealthily pressured to add things to my oil change. I get the upsell tactic but it doesn't make me want to return.
