- CCChris2 days ago1.0They overtightened the drain plug (by a lot) in my Nissan and when the next company went to remove it for an oil change it twisted the insert right out of the plastic. It literally cost me about $850 and when I called Strickland Brothers their employee was extremely rude and hung up on me. I have since met 2 other people that have had them do the exact same thing. I will continue telling everyone I know/meet about my experience and I guarantee my story will cost them a lot more than $850.00. To the little baby man that answers the phone: You need to grow up and learn how to admit fault. You should be fired for talking to a customer the way you talked to me. I hope your transmission goes out!

It made her smile which I was happy to see. She also listened, and it made her curious to what they were saying. It was funny to watch her. I really appreciate them being so nice to her. And for them doing their jobs quickly and efficiently. Thanks again for a great job done.

The moment I drove up they offered me a bottle of cold water, talked to me about what my truck needed (I want sure which of their oil changes was best for my truck), and listened to my concerns and limits on the truck. They never tried an up-sell of services, and when I went to pay he noticed my coupons- the coupons I had forgotten about! Will use them for all my oil changes in the future!
