  Took our car here Sunday (love that they were open on a SUNDAY) due to inner tire wear (knew it was an alignment issue) and had a great experience. Steve at the front desk answered our questions and made sure we were taken care of, even gave us recommendations for brunch down the street while we wait. When we picked up, I had a bunch of questions about the alignment numbers and questions about the tires and steve offered to just let me talk to the tech myself which was great and helpful. They did not try to upcharge for random things we didn't need and got our alignment back to straight.

  We had a tire blow out on the trailer and they were close to us and had the tire in stock so we got that one and they happen to have 2 and we took the other one. Nice service and friendly.

  Low tire light came on so I pulled in here. Had a nail to close to sidewall to patch but Christian put my spare on without even charging me. I did get a quote for tires and an alignment because my tires are so unevenly worn so i'll be back for service!

  Recently went in about a break check, completely took care of me and even showed me what I might need to replace further down the road, shout out to Tyler for taking the time to show and explain it for me!

  Had the misfortune of damaging a rim/tire passing through a Dallas construction zone during a thunderstorm. Thankfully this shop was about half a mile from the incident. My vehicle has an odd size that is never in stock at tire shops (or the dealership) and of course the car comes with the donut spare. We were five hours from home and about 1/4 way into our weekend trip. It was not looking good and after 12pm on a Saturday when most shops and car rentals are getting ready to close. Steve at the counter jumped into action and was able to locate a slightly wider profile tire he thought might fit. They guys in the shop were able to get it mounted and back on my vehicle. They even rotated the tires so my best two were on the drive axle. It was pretty cool to see them all chip in and get us back on the road safely. Everyone was very friendly and easy to deal with. Can’t thank them enough for going above and beyond for a customer not from their neighborhood.
