- BBBAug 21, 20251.0Manager with bad attitude named Dahlia refused to be helpful with their broken lottery scanner. While she knew it had been broken she was dismissive and unwilling to provide any information. All I wanted to know was how long had it been broken and whether or not they had a call in to fix it. No questions answered, go elsewhere if you need a working lottery machines/lottery tickets.

When I asked for help, she acted like my concerns were an inconvenience, and she seemed more interested in arguing than solving the issue. Her attitude created a hostile environment and made me feel unwelcome as a customer. I would strongly recommend speaking with someone else if you need assistance, because Dalia does not treat people with respect.
