- BBBAug 21, 20251.0Manager with bad attitude named Dahlia refused to be helpful with their broken lottery scanner. While she knew it had been broken she was dismissive and unwilling to provide any information. All I wanted to know was how long had it been broken and whether or not they had a call in to fix it. No questions answered, go elsewhere if you need a working lottery machines/lottery tickets.

When I asked for help, she acted like my concerns were an inconvenience, and she seemed more interested in arguing than solving the issue. Her attitude created a hostile environment and made me feel unwelcome as a customer. I would strongly recommend speaking with someone else if you need assistance, because Dalia does not treat people with respect.

I went to get gas and paid at the pump, I only put 18 dollars and some change into my tank. After I had already paid and got my gas I looked at my bank account. I had just transferred money from my other account to that one. They charged me $175 for nothing. I called and the person on the phone was extremely rude when I asked why they took out that much. they said it was a “pre authorization fee”. I don’t know about you but personally I think since it’s 2025 and you have to pay before you get gas why would they take out that much. I would understand a little more if it was a lower amount like $50 but $175 is excessive.
