The second car I was given was slightly better, but had multiple dings, scratches & dents. The head liner was stained, etc. It drove ok, so I didn't return it, but both vehicles were not up to Enterprise standards. I rent cars when travel because I want a car that drives well, has the latest features and LOOKS good. This time, I was sadly disappointed. I hope it doesn't happen again or I will have to think about renting elsewhere.

I went to Enterprise to pick it up at the scheduled time and they didn't have a rental car. I was shocked. I waited 2 hours for a car. Progressive didn't think it was their problem 😕 I went 2 more times to Enterprise and no car for me even though i had a reservation They told me I could go to DFW airport to get one. That is crazy. I would have to drive 180 miles roundtrip. I still haven't been able to get a car from enterprise. I would give them -50 if the rating system allowed it.
