- NCNiki ClementsJan 5, 20261.0Worst experience ever! Scheduled the car to pick me up at the collision center in Bonham. Checked in online and everything was approved. I get to the collision center and of course, no car! I called and their excuse was they don't go to Bonham and because it was already checked in then they didn't call me to tell me they wouldn't pick me up. No resolution given, no help, nothing! His response was "right, we dont go that far." Couldn't drop off my car for repairs because I would have been stranded. Then when i finally make arrangements to pick it up two hours after i was scheduled to have the car, it was still not ready and they told me it would be another hour wait! Terrible experience! Will not be using the Sherman location again!

Make sure that you confirm your rental before you head to this location. Expect to wait when you arrive to rent a vehicle. I have rented from Enterprise several times a year and just finished renting from Enterprise in Florida on December 6 without any issues. I have never had any rental problems at Enterprise except here in Sherman Texas. Good luck in trying to rent here in Sherman. Unfortunately they are the only rental company in town! Poorly run business.

But the staff here has always been courteous and patient even when they’re not afforded the same by customers. I hope those that are in charge of this branch. Take a moment to appreciate the service that their employees provide.
