I cannot say enough great things about the Enterprise location in Sherman, Texas. From day one, every single staff member has always been professional, courteous, and extremely hardworking. You can literally see them constantly moving around, helping customers, cleaning vehicles, answering questions, and making sure everything runs smoothly. They don’t just stand behind a counter they actively serve.
Over time, they’ve become like family to us. That’s not something you can fake. It comes from consistency, respect, and genuinely caring about people. Just yesterday, after we rented a vehicle, my dear wife and I started talking and she said, “How about we go purchase a minivan since we need something bigger and keep the other car just for luxury?” That conversation happened because of how comfortable and confident we felt with Enterprise. We ended up driving to the Enterprise Plano Parkway dealership and purchased a Chrysler minivan the very same day!
That decision was inspired by the trust and service we’ve continuously experienced at the Sherman location. When a team treats you with excellence every single time, it builds real loyalty.
Because of the Sherman team, we are customers for life.

Wonderful customer service from all 3 gentlemen I came in contact with! They Explained everything in detail and I witnessed them give that same excellent customer service to everyone else that came in. Great guys working there. And they were very quick! I went in without a reservation (sudden car troubles) and I was in and out within an hour.

I’ll absolutely never use these guys again. I had to get a rental because I hit a deer. The day I picked the car up I paid a $100 deposit on my credit card. Enterprise kept calling me wanting out-of-pocket money even though my adjuster was paying each day. They then charged my car $240. I have rental coverage they says didn’t cover completely-I get that 100% but they told me my out-of-pocket was $3 per day. For 30 day that’s $90 not $240. When I took the car back they told me my out-of-pocket was $7 a day and that I had the car for 21 days. Well 7x21 is not 240.
In the midst of this my husband asks the dude “does that 100 we paid for a deposit not go towards this” and he says yes it does but was still wanting me to pay $240. They couldn’t make it make sense, they couldn’t give a simple dollar amount, just a bunch of predatory run around.

I made my reservation online with ease. I requested to be picked up at 8 a.m. by Enterprise as I was leaving my vehicle for repairs. I arrived at the body shop and was told by an employee there that Enterprise was just now opening and that they were hard to get a hold of. The collision center gave me a ride to Enterprise - which is 5 minutes down the road. Prior to leaving, I attempted to call Enterprise to find out the status of my ride or cancel it if necessary. After sitting on hold for 20 minutes, I was hung up on. I arrived at Enterprise and there were 2 employees manning the front desk. One was assisting a customer and there was another customer waiting. The second employee was on the computer. The second employee never acknowledge anyone in the lobby, nor did he answer the phone. I watched as he continually pushed buttons on the phone keeping callers on hold. When it was my turn, I was assisted with efficiency and professionalism.
