  I recently purchased a trailer from this place. It was filthy when I bought it They didn't clean it at any point in time they left stuff all over the place less stuff in the awning arms. And then they have a mound in there for 50-in TV but they don't tell you you have to buy special adapters to make it fit any type of TV. I would never buy or go to a camping world in Sherman ever. Customer service isn't there sales people suck They don't communicate it's like it's a kid with no plans for a future. They don't tell you the stuff you need the stuff you should get to make your trailer work right. The only good thing about that place was that they stayed until 7:00 to help me get my trailer. I'm editing this review. The service department is great They really care about you and your trailer and the fact that you want everything to be right. They're going to come out and help me fix the problems that we are having. I cannot stress the fact that their service department is on point. If their sales and their detail department can do better it would be a hell of a place to go by travel trailer! I'd even make a recommendation then.

  Suck you in for every dollar they can take you for,Bought New 27Rk Forest River RV last September told the i would be living in it, They new im crippled had money so they added 5 year extended warranty for $4.000 to the sale price added another $4.000 to add washer & dryer started at $40.000 after tax title lisence $52.379.00, told me up from they would deliver, They did dropped it off took off without showing me how anything worked then when I called them said I would need to bring in for warranty repairs knowing at first I had no way, I had to pay someone to come tell me how stuff works,The Versa tilt bed sunk in the middle 3 months later,Hurts my back so bad,figure it out oh the recliners that come with it are crap to,1 star is to much,just wonder how they live with themselves

  I am a cash buyer trying to by a class C motorhome from this dealer. They want $2145 to install a $245 solar panel kit. To replace the Coach batteries they want $489 for labor. The unit was 56k and they ran the price up to 77k. Even if it was possible to by a unit from them don't put yourself through dealing with them. Buy from a private party it is much easier.

  We purchased a part from them during a recent snow/sleet/ice storm here in the Dallas area. Husband called to see if they had part in stock...employee said computer showed 1 in stock and proceeded to go place eyes on the part to confirm that the part was in stock...we really appreciated him going above the norm, especially since we had to travel 1.5hrs 1 way!!! When we arrived the part was waiting for us at the front desk!!! EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!
