  Aaron was very helpful. I was 2 hours from home and visiting family when my car started acting up. Erin quickly cooked my car to the diagnostic machine and we determined that even though my husband had just replaced the spark plugs in my Chevy Trax, it was misfiring again. He recommended that we replace the coil pack and informed us it was very easy to do ourselves. I bought the pack and he actually let me borrow the Star bit and wrench needed for my stepdad to replace the coil pack there at the store. I am so grateful Aaron was able to help us today, this man deserves a raise!!

  I had this guy name James U that went above and beyond for me of the one in Sherman Tx. I was scared of what could be wrong with my car and thought it was the alternator. He asked all my questions and even showed me. This is the second time he has helped me and I have got nothing but excellent service from him. It’s so nice to see that there are people that still love there job!

  I contacted AutoZone regarding a battery and spoke with Aaron, explaining my needs. He mentioned that it seemed like a suitable option, but he was uncertain. I responded with, 'Okay, I'll bring the car in.' He replied, 'Alright, I'll see you then.' Aaron provided outstanding customer service. He inquired how I knew the battery would fit, and I explained that I had taken a picture of my battery and compared it to the one he recommended online. I then asked if he could install the battery for me, to which he replied that it would be no issue. Throughout the interaction, he maintained a friendly demeanor and was very enjoyable to converse with. Thank you, Aaron; I will return! Sherman Tx Texoma Pkwy

  The only reason I'm giving 5 stars is due to the great level of customer service Auden displayed. He was with Spanish speaking customers and excused himself to acknowledge my presence. After I told him I just need to recycle oil, he asked, who I presume was his manager or MOD to help me dump the oil. The manager, who was doing absolutely nothing instructed him in rude manner to go do it himself.. stating "the keys are right there, you take him back there. You're friends can wait." I apologized to Auden because it didn't seems like those were his friends, but actual customers because they were asking about auto parts. If it wasn't for Auden I would give this place a 2 star.
