  A wiper blade was dropped into the engine compartment and not found by the technician. Luckily I heard a weird noise because it was lodged in my cooling fan and could have caused thousands in damage. I can’t recommend them due to this over site.

  I recently had my rear glass replaced at Safelite in Shenandoah, Texas, and it was an absolute wonderful experience. Brandon, my service tech, greeted me with a smile and Walked me through the entire process in a very encouraging and friendly manner. Once the service was over, he took me out to my car to show me some features that had been completed.

  Brandon was spot on and very detailed on the windshield replacement and service completion. My VW is 18 years old, and he noted very small rust spots near the roof glass edge. Thankfully the rust was far enough away for new adhesion, but it's a factor I will address as I continue car repairs. The new wipers and rain repellent were excellent, and they even cleaned the front cabin and glass exterior. It looked so new it made me speed up upholstery repairs (to match their quality). Communication & timing was perfect. Brandon went above & beyond in my opinion. It was a pleasure, and I'll definitely refer others to this location!

  I have gone through Safelite twice and I usually pay out of pocket and not involve insurance. The first time was great for my front windshield. The second time (3 years from the first)…the worker who installed my front windshield was helpful, fast and awesome. However, the coordinator or his boss (I am unsure of what her title was honestly) was very unprofessional, unhelpful and rude. I won’t be returning to Safelite due to her.

  I am a repeat customer, and have come to expect expert, professional experience. It was very easy to schedule service initially through Progressive insurance and redirected to Safelite Autoglass. My appointment was scheduled two days later on on Sunday. The service tech arrived exactly on time. His name is Sultani and from the greeting, he was very professional and quite the expert. My car, in addition to replacing a cracked windshield, needed to have all the driver assistance electronics recalibrated. The entire length of the service call was 2:10. The results are perfect. I’m not recommending getting a cracked windshield just to experience excellent customer service, but i know who I’m calling if it happens again.
