  The ladies at the front desk were very nice. Frank was in charge of my full windshield replacement. He was very nice and installed it quickly which was amazing since I had to bring my toddler with me.

  We were only in town for a couple of days. Safelite was quick to get us in and have the new windshield replaced in a jiffy while my husband waited. They went above and beyond by removing stickers from old cracked windshield and placed on new one. Thank you so much for everything!

  Great service from scheduling through completion. I have a disability and my daughter is pregnant, so being able to replace her windshield at our home was perfect while we were able to wait in comfort. Alex the technician was very professional and kept in contact throughout so we knew exactly when he was arriving and quickly replaced the windshield, the wiper blades, and cleaned all the windows. I thought the price was very reasonable for this high quality in home service.

  This location is the closest to us and always reliable. This is our 3rd time to get our windshield replaced on the truck, due to the rock hitting the glass while driving on I45 and Sam Houston Pkwy. Great work by the windshield replacement team at this location. They are very reliable and professional in installing the windshield on our Ram 1500 Limited. Windshield camera calibration worked out well. Thank you!

  I really expected that Safelite would be overpriced and almost didnt bother with them, but I liked the fact that they would come to you so I did an online quote. My first thought was "Yep! Overpriced!", but then I made some calls to some other places and found out that (because of all the fancy features they add to vehicle windshields now) they were actually the least expensive. Not by a whole lot but every penny counts when you start getting closer to retirement age. I went back and finished the online process. There was only about 4-steps to it. I doubt it could have been any simpler. I was able to pick a day and a time frame (likr 8-12 or 12-4) and you are done. You will get email confirmation and text confirmation (I think you have to choose to do the latter). On the day I picked, the technician called in advance and let me know when he would be there. I had Andrew as my technician. He was very nice and polite, extremely knowledgeable and professional, and he explained the process very clearly as well as answered all questions I had. And (according to my grandson) he is very strong because he could pick the windshield up by himself, lol. This was one of the best experiences Ive had with a service. Only time will tell about the quality though. However, it comes with a warranty so not really concerned about that. Oh, and they recalibrated the windshield, put new wiper blades on, and a rain repellent. I got the Premium package. The Standard package has everything the Premium does except for the rain repellent. They also have a less expensive Glass Service only package. Hopefully I will not need it again, but if I do find myself needing auto glass in the future, I will definitely be using Safelite again.
