It was over $400.00 less that my insurance deductible, so I didn’t have to make a claim and deal with insurance. They came to my house and fixed it in my garage, while I was working! We have used Safelight many times before and will continue to do so! Our Technician was very nice and professional and did a great job!

After being charged the full amount, the chip and cracks are still clearly visible. It appears as though no proper repair was done at all. It honestly feels like my car was taken inside, the windshield was cleaned, and then returned without actually fixing the issue. This is unacceptable for a company that advertises professional repair services. I expected a quality repair, not a cosmetic cover-up. Safelite should take responsibility for this poor workmanship and issue a full refund. I will not be returning to this location and strongly advise others to double-check their repairs before leaving the shop.

I brought my car in for a chip in my windshield, I was told that my full coverage insurance would most likely pay for the repair, and would be nothing out of pocket. I was surprised to hear that but sounded like good news and I handed it over my insurance information. They returned moments later to tell me that my insurance would not pay out, and I thought that was not an issue until I realized that they in fact did ding my insurance as a comprehensive claim. They should warn all customers about this, it's the responsible thing to do. Check with your own insurance first.
