- IIIGlad6 days ago1.0Terrible, avoid renting here if possible. Customer service great during rental pick up and then downhill from there. Overcharged without explanation and then when I called to ask about it I was quoted the policy, which did not answer the charges in question.

I needed a car in a very short notice and could only really take what was available; after expressing that it wouldn’t work out for my family for the duration I needed it to, Connor was very quick to get us into a rental that would work for my family. He listened to concerns and was quick to respond to them. The reason we needed a rental wasn’t great but Connor definitely made the process easier. If we ever actually plan on using a rental car, this is definitely the first location we will return to.
