- LLLillyNov 12, 20251.0Came in for a battery for my key fob and whoever the white lady is with the blonde hair is SUPER rude. Very adamant about scratching up the key fob with her stupid little tools and instead of googling a 30 second video of how to PROPERLY open the fob to change the battery. She’s also the one who’s telling the younger dude how to INCORRECTLY do his job and mess up peoples items. I know to do this stuff on my own now instead of assuming anyone at this place would be useful in helping with car items.

We’re from Magnolia, TX, and were headed to San Antonio to visit my daughter in college when my car broke down on the freeway with my kids. We ended up here by chance — but it turned out to be a true blessing. Ms. Mary and Jeremy went *way* above and beyond their jobs. They helped us find every single part we needed, ran multiple diagnostic tests, allowed us to keep the car there overnight since it wouldn’t run, and even offered my children water and a cool place to sit in the A/C while everything got sorted out. They checked on us constantly and made sure we were cared for through the entire process. The kindness we saw from other customers going in and out of the store was just icing on the cake — it felt less like a store and more like a group of neighbors looking out for us. Everyone who spoke to us had amazing things to say about Ms. Mary and Jeremy, and it’s easy to see why. It’s rare these days to find honest help and people who genuinely care, but Ms. Mary and Jeremy showed compassion, patience, and professionalism from start to finish. AutoZone should be proud to have them — they turned a stressful day into a reminder that good people are still out there.

This is the first time I had been stranded somewhere in a new city and the team at Autozone took care of me amazingly. Store Manager Ms Z and the manager that is a Marine Vet went above and beyond when we ran into an issue with my vehicle to make sure that I was taken care, and I cannot thank them enough. I will happily continue to visit when I need anything automotive!
