I asked a young guy where this part would be, and he simply said “I don’t know, ask about it upfront”. The older gentleman had to tell his coworker to help check me out and then proceeded to tell him put the phone line on hold. Overall, be aware of employees that are slow, not competent, or just straight up don’t care.

This store can't look up the order number in their system to process the warranty, and refused to call the other store to get it. (The online app for customers won't let you look up order numbers either) Apparently even if we had done that part of "customer service" for them we would still have to wait 30min for the old battery to sit on a charger before they could even begin the warranty process which is somewhat understandable but when the employees have already made it clear they see you as a pest ....
