- BFbrayam figueroaAug 5, 20251.0I just doing these so corporate see it Today August 5 we place a comercial order for tie rods over the phone around 11 am they told me my some of my stuff was going to be ready at 6:30 we close at 7 I say okey send me what you got delivery arrive minutes later charging me the all ticket I say I am not pay for stuff is not delivery she say pay it will be delivery I say no she keep arguing about in front of my customer and she even ask is that truck I’m the back was he’s I end up pay the full ticket so she stop arguing in front of customers she left coming back at 4:48 pm delivery oil for another truck and saying don’t ever talk to me like that I front of customers I say I didn’t you did and excuse me I have recibe the items I pay for she say you know what I going to tell them to drop you I say okey just bring my money later manager call say they will cancel My account I can’t believe it they dropping a business for not let them charge me for items that they never end up Bring it and also for not let them talk to me they way they wan I will Do everything is in my hand even if I have to call corporate the rest of my life because is not fair what you guys do not that we need you but these is not how a business run
