  El gerente fue grosero porque ya iba a cerrar, pero yo necesitaba la polea de un alternador viejo que dejé porque el nuevo no lo traía y en su sistema decía que sí, fue error de la tienda y no me ayudaron correctamente.

  Lost my business. I've been going here for years. Bought a battery back in 2001. The battery was bad. It was actually causing problems for about a year. My truck was having all sorts of strange electrical issues. Then a work associate told me the he had similar and it ended up being the battery. So I took it in and sure enough it was bad. So. Autozone replaced it under warranty in 7/2024. For the last 2 to 3 weeks I was having issues with the replacement battery. I brought it in and sure enough it is bad. They would not replace it saying I bought the original battery and that is the only Warranty I get. The service person actually stated that if he replaced this battery then I would be getting free batteries for life. That right there tells me they are knowing selling defective batteries. I was also never told that i was out of luck if this replacement battery died. So I either spend another 200 plus on a new battery that will likely also be defective or take my business elsewhere. It's insane that the battery that costs as much as they do now a days will not even warrant their own products. If you by a 3 year battery , you should expect it to last 3 years. I also expect a replacement of a defective battery to last 3 years. That is the reason for a warranty. So if you are in the market for a battery, don't by a Duralast Gold battery. My first one lasted a few months shy of the warranty expiration. The second one only lasted about a year and a half.

  Had an absolutely wonderful experience here, stopped by to see if they could help me get a new battery installed and they got it done swiftly and did an amazing job. If I could give more than 5 stars I would 🥰
