  I bought brake pads from the AutoZone on Buckner near my job. When I got home and was about to install them, I realized they charged me for the correct product but gave me the wrong part number. Since I needed the right parts, I went to the closest AutoZone near my house at 350 N Hwy 175, Seagoville, TX to exchange them. Unfortunately, that’s where things took a bad turn. The manager/supervisor told me he couldn’t exchange them or fix the issue because he didn’t want to mess up his store’s inventory. He said since his location didn’t make the mistake, they had nothing to do with it. As a customer, that was frustrating. AutoZone is one company, and when a mistake happens at one location, customers shouldn’t be sent away from another location that could easily help resolve the problem. I wasn’t asking for anything extra—just to exchange the wrong part for the correct

  El gerente fue grosero porque ya iba a cerrar, pero yo necesitaba la polea de un alternador viejo que dejé porque el nuevo no lo traía y en su sistema decía que sí, fue error de la tienda y no me ayudaron correctamente.
