  Nobody is in the office, i was supposed to pickup my car at 8:30, and ive been on hold for 20 minutes. This is insane and the fact this issue hasn’t been addressed makes me question the legitimacy of customer satisfaction. Having an automated pickup system for phone calls is also terrible, as the automated message system constantly spews the same message, without ever actually helping. 0/10, go to a different enterprise; this one sucks and will not prioritize you.

  I reserved a car for a family vacation. When I showed up at the designated time, nobody was at this (Seabrook) location. I took an Uber to get there, so I was stranded in the Texas heat. I called the number on the piece of paper taped to the door (yes, very professional) and they said that they sent an email to my work, not my personal email. I can't check my work email at home... So I had to pay for an uber to drive me from Seabrook all the way to Webster (or League City which is farther). Why have a location if nobody is there? Why allow me to book an appointment and then just leave me stranded and assume that I have the information? Complete lack of caring about the customer. Just keeping track, instead of my assumed $15 uber ride and 15-minute pick up schedule, it cost me $50 and 2.5 hours! Just to get my vehicle. However, I will say that Trey (sp?) and the other girl at the Webster location were nice and professional and took good care of me. But this company has a serious management issue. Trey was understaffed at his Webster location, with 5 customers standing there. The girl who came to help him looked like she was coming in on her day off. Trey was cool, calm, and collected but who is actually in charge of staffing this company? The girl that showed me my vehicle was nice and courteous even though I was obviously upset (there was probably actual steam coming out of my ears). It is a complete and total joke whoever is in charge of running Enterprise in/around Houston. I will never, ever book a rental with this company again and I suggest you don't either. Thanks Trey and other girl, y'all deserve a better place to work.
