There was something wrong with the rods in my car that made it almost impossible to get the new battery in. They were able to replace the rods and get the new battery in, something that the mechanic we went to couldn't even do. Customer service was amazing and they were both very knowledgeable.

I spoke with Clifton and he checked my battery. It was faulty and, like most cars these days, in a bad location. Clifton took the time to stop and really help me out. I’ve got a newborn (3 weeks old) with 2 other kids in tow and almost in a bind with a bad battery. He basically did it for me while I held a piece of plastic out of the way. Bravo my friend! You’re the real hero and I appreciate the help more than you know. Btw, I never leave reviews but felt inclined to share my experience. Swing by and let these guys help you out. Thx again!

Helped us with a battery load test and swap, and while working it helped us identify that our terminals had some cracks and needed replacing. He made short work of it and was really helpful at talking us through it along the way. Highly recommend!
