I decided to give them a review because recently I went and my car wouldn’t turn back on lol! Turns out my battery terminal was loose and Aidan and Caden fixed it for me free of charge so big shoutout to them! Everyone I’ve interacted with at this location has been top tier amazing.

Edgar amd his team helped me understand everything and made feel comfortable that my car was in great knowledge hands. I didn’t get the name of the other guy helping us, but please give him my regards because he was great too. This was the best service I’ve had at Valvoline and I will definitely be coming back. If you want great service, ask for Edgar! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Caden got me the replacement part and set up service with Weber Autowerkz to fix my fuel filter housing. The previous fuel filter change was performed at your location and Caden took responsibility for the incident even though he wasn’t the technician that performed the service last time. Caden apologized and handled the situation professionally. I will continue to service my vehicle at this location because of this experience. I know I will get honest service here.

We will be back soon The employees at the 3009 location in Schertz are amazing.! We had a particularly difficult lightbulb that we could not remove or get back in, Allen not only helped us remove the bulb but also helped us put in the new one once we had it. I had my car in that morning for an oil change and the guys were amazing! Will we definitely be back for our other services
