  I had a really great experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. The staff was friendly, professional, and extremely fast without making me feel rushed. They explained everything clearly, didn’t pressure me into extra services, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. Everyone had a positive attitude and worked together really well. My oil change was done quickly, and they even checked over everything to make sure my vehicle was good to go. Definitely one of the smoothest oil change experiences I’ve had. I’ll absolutely be coming back!

  Messed up my drain plug and had to replace and didn’t measure the oil they put in nor I don’t even think they even tried to make sure it was the right oil. A lot of whispering going on as well that looked sneaky!

  Always had great experiences with Valvoline for oil changes. Brought in a car I inherited from my father, had driven part-way across the country and wanted to get the oil changed. The tech showed me the oil, and said that even after 3,000+ miles it still looked new and said I should come back later. Never had someone tell me that I didn't need to change the oil, definitely a good sign that they are in the business to do right by their customers. Was already pretty loyal, but this secured my loyalty here. Finally brought it in today, got even more helpful information. The staff here know their stuff (Iris helped me today, I forget the name of the tech who helped me before). I highly recommend this location. Lots of clear communication, and they work fast & clean. And they always point you to the coupons to save a little extra cash!

  allen suggested a list of maintenance items that may need to be taken care of. when i told him i wasn't sure, he printed the list with prices to share and discuss with my husband ar a later time. no pressure! all employees were professional, courteous, and worked quickly and efficiently to get me on my way! that's why i get my oil changes at valvoline on 3009!

  HORRIBLE!!!! The worst experience I have ever had with any business in my entire life! They failed to put oil back into the engine at the end of an oil change on my daughter’s car and sent her on her way. 5 miles down the road and the car broke down. THE ENGINE WAS COMPLETELY DESTROYED! Although the store manager (Iris) and area manager (Justin) initially gave assurances that things would be made right, they ultimately reneged. There were discussions about covering the cost of a rental car, replacement with a rebuilt motor, payment for the damages, or replacement value for the car, but those were disingenuous because they were apparently too costly for them. In the end, the only thing they actually offered to do was pay to have a salvaged engine with 100,000 miles from a local junkyard installed in the car that they were 100% responsible for destroying. They justified this by saying that it was equivalent to the engine that was damaged and met their minimum legal obligation. Unfortunately, there is a big difference between actually doing the right thing and minimum legal obligation! THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT CORPORATE GREED AND NOT CARING ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS LOOKS LIKE! Iris & Justin each had the nerve at different points to accuse me of stalling and being uncooperative for not accepting their junk engine in a timely manner! IT WAS MADE VERY CLEAR TO ME THAT DEALING WITH ME AND MY CAR (THAT THEY DESTROYED) WAS A HUGE PERSONAL INCONVENIENCE TO THEM. Nearly three weeks have passed and they haven’t paid a single penny, not even a refund for the oil that they failed to put in. I’m paying for the cost of a rental car that they will surely never actually reimburse me for. This has been a total nightmare for my family with dozens of work hours lost dealing with this incompetent and dishonest company. VALVOLINE & VELOCITY AUTO CARE WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR MISTAKES. Stay away from this place unless you can afford to have your car destroyed without fair & reasonable financial restitution!
