  This is the third and last time I will be using this place. The first time was perfect when Iris oversaw my oil change. The second time they put the wrong oil in but caught it before I left. The employee overseeing my oil change was too busy talking about his own Toyota and not paying attention to make sure things were done correctly. Today was my third time there and I made sure upfront to tell them to pay attention to the oil they are putting in. I go to leave and the employee at the next bay over is trying to get the guy's attention guiding me out of the bay to tell him they forgot to reinstall the skid plate on my vehicle. They get that fixed and I noticed after I left that they did not check the air in tires because I still had one showing about 3 pounds lower than the other 3. I was expecting them to check the tires and make sure they are the proper pressure. On the back of the receipt it clearly says that is one of 18 point items they check on a full service oil change. So two out of 3 oil changes they have made mistakes not paying attention to what they are doing. The price is right with a coupon but not the potential engine damage they can cause by not paying attention to what they are doing will have me going somewhere else.

  It seems that they were rushing to get the service done, even though I was the only customer at the time, and I was not provided with an explanation of the service or what else was included. I didn’t received a copy of the invoice for my records, they said it was going to be send via email, and so far nothing.

  My car was leaking oil and I pulled into Valvoline terrified that this would be expensive but then I meet this oil technician and his name was Hunter and hunter was very knowledgeable about cars and made me feel at ease knowing my car was in capable hands. Hunter did a full inspection of my car and found the root cause and fixed it with great speed and care and explained the problem to me entirely and fixed it. I would 100% recommend hunter to my friends and family in the future for oil maintenance. 10/10 thank you hunter !

  I had a dashboard alert come on while driving, stating "coolant low". I happened to be driving by Valvoline Instant Oil Change business in Schertz and I immediately stopped in. I then asked the tech if they would please check my fluid level. I was assisted very professionally and my low fluid level issue was confirmed and handled quickly. In addition my tires were also checked for proper air levels. I was assured by "Edgar", who was most excellent in his delivery of quality customer assistance. Thank you so much. Happy customer.

  The employees that were working today were fantastic! I normally get my oil changed at the dealership because it’s cheaper and they always seem to treat you well. The three young men that helped me were polite, professional, quick, and offered additional servers but not in a way that makes you feel like there were just reading off a script. I would never get additional services done at a “quick lube” type location, but I will be back for a coolant service. Getting my oil changed here is a little more expensive but, I will be getting them done here going forward. I have three young boys starting to drive in the house and would have no issues sending them to this location and not getting taken advantage of. When I need a couple new employees for the company I manage, there is a high probably that I will try to hire 1-2 of them (sorry).
