He was working quite hard, it seemed as if he was doing all the jobs. If this young man is not considered for management in the near future then I don’t know what customer service. Great job Vince. My husband and I were on our way to San Antonio and decided to stop at store #04032 for snacks and gas. My husband went out to pump gas and I stayed to pay, I tapped my card and it didn’t work, proceeded to enter card and still nothing, I mentioned to the cashier Arthur that I was having issues and all he could say was “I don’t know, I can’t help you, read the directions” he said it over and over in such an ugly way, like I was bothering him . I told him then what? I’m unable to get this to work , he just proceeded to be rude and I told him I wasnt an idiot, so don’t treat me like one, I just needed help. All I can say is if you don’t like your job and you don’t like working with the public, get another job. Don’t take your shitty attitude out on people!
