  When they have cars it is an easy in and out process. Besides an occasional wait I've never had an issue. Great service.

  This was i first time renting a car. and what a experience I loved everything about it the customer service and clean cars i definitely will rent again ty enterprise.

  Upon arriving at Enterprise it was REALLY busy and the staff was doing a tremendously great job renting and returning vehicles while remaining calm. The phone was ringing nonstop as well. Initially, my experience was not good because Raven tried to overcharge me several hundred dollars and put me in a smoky vehicle that I had to immediately bring back. However, Carson, AJ and Mike made my experience A+. I did have to extend my rental vehicle for 2 weeks. Carson seamlessly made it happen the first week with AJs approval. Upon return, I was able to get a ride home (3 Miles) with Mike and he did a great job too! The second week Raven charged me the daily rate instead of the weekly rate and I had to call to get a refund upon getting my bill. Carson and AJ corrected my bill expeditiously and Carson deserves Patience of the Year explaining my bill to me! Most of the staff at Enterpise is PHENOMENAL, courteous, professional and is why I have rented to this location for years. Thank you for your excellence in community support.

  Minimum of a half hour to pick up and minimum of 10 minutes to drop off. It seems like they have a lot of employees so I’m not sure what the issue is. The employees aren’t overly friendly either. They have like 8 parking spots and will yell at you if you park ANYWHERE else when the parking spots in the front are filled. It’s a rental CAR place— why do you have so little parking? It’s worth the trip to New Braunfels for better service

  AJ the Manager is amazing and offers great customer service! He helped me through a very trying time when I was hit in my vehicle by an uninsured driver. While I was still in pure shock he then comforted me when I had to report a scratch and broken down rental. Life happens. He offered me no judgement, walked me through everything and got me back into a rental quickly! Thank you. As in my heart I felt purely defeated. You restored my faith in customer service as I internalized everything of the what ifs of what could go wrong next. AJ you shine at what you do! You run a seamless operation at a very busy storefront and you and see that your employees truly care and work quickly to get people in and out.
