    I chose this Enterprise location because of its convenience to the auto body shop repairing my vehicle. I’ve had many positive experiences with Enterprise in the past, particularly at the New Braunfels location, so I felt confident renting here as well. The gentleman who assisted me at pickup was polite, helpful, and got me set up with the economy car provided through my insurance. However, upon getting into the vehicle, there was a noticeable odor of cigarette smoke. I initially assumed it would dissipate, but after a few days the smell became overwhelming and even made me feel unwell. Three days into the rental, I called to request a different vehicle. I spoke with Molly, who let me know to call back later when more cars were expected. I did so, and reached her again, but was asked to call back once more because the lobby was full and she needed to assist walk-in customers first. While I understand busy periods happen, it was disappointing to feel repeatedly deferred while dealing with an issue that was affecting my health. When she thanked me for being “accommodating,” it added to my frustration, as I was simply trying to resolve a problem with the rental. At this time, I am still in the same vehicle and still dealing with the smoke odor. I am hopeful the location can improve communication and customer support, as I would like to continue having the positive experiences I’ve come to expect from Enterprise.

    😔 An Unsettling Experience at Your Establishment If you are Hispanic or look hispanic, avoid this establishment. I am writing to express my profound disappointment and indignation regarding an interaction I had with a member of your cleaning staff on December 6th, 2025 little around 12:54 pm just before closing time. While the front desk crew provided exemplary service upon my 15-minute-to-close arrival, a subsequent encounter with your cleaning personnel was highly unprofessional and deeply upsetting. Upon exiting the restroom, I approached an elderly gentleman from the cleaning division, approximately 50-60 years old with a white complexion, and politely asked in English, "Sir, where is the front desk crew?" To my dismay, he turned to his coworker and made a comment that clearly indicated he had assumed I was speaking Spanish due to my Hispanic appearance. This act of racial profiling was not only infuriating but also deeply offensive. When I challenged his assumption by stating, "What's wrong with you? I talked to you and in English," he defensively claimed, "You weren't talking to me." This uncomfortable and frankly unwelcome encounter has severely damaged my perception of your business. While his colleague eventually directed me to the front desk, the initial interaction was enough to make me feel targeted and disrespected. This type of behavior is unacceptable and must be addressed immediately. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this establishment to others knowing that such discriminatory conduct may be tolerated. 😔 Una Experiencia Desagradable en Su Establecimiento Si usted es hispano o se ve hispano, evite este establecimiento. Me dirijo a ustedes para expresar mi profunda decepción e indignación en relación con una interacción que tuve con un miembro de su personal de limpieza el 6 de diciembre de 2025, poco después de las 12:55 p.m., justo antes de la hora de cierre. Si bien el personal de recepción brindó un servicio ejemplar a mi llegada (unos 15 minutos antes del cierre), un encuentro posterior con el personal de limpieza fue extremadamente poco profesional y profundamente perturbador.     Rented a car for business had the forms. They ignored them and charged me wrongly and said receipt would be emailed. It wasn’t upon return and requiring them to give me a written receipt. I found the error. They said they credited me but it would take a couple of days to go through their accounting. I waited a couple of days still no resolution revisited them. They told me the same thing again. The problem is if they’d give me a paper receipt upfront I could’ve known then that they billed me incorrectly. If you deal with enterprise require, they give you a receipt upon rental. Don’t wait for it to be emailed to you.
